This Privacy Policy explains how VibePractice (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use the VibePractice mobile application (the “Service”).
Information We Collect
- Account: If you sign in with Apple, the app stores an Apple user identifier and display name to support sign-in. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
- Practice content: Pieces, practice sessions, recall/review settings, and notes you enter in the app.
- Purchases: Coin pack purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
- Notifications: If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT): The app may request permission via Apple’s ATT prompt. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the app will continue to function normally.
In‑App Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we may send reminders based on your settings. You can change notification preferences at any time in the app and in iOS Settings.

Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
